We start with canederli, the famous dolomites' dumplings made with meat, spinach or cheese and served with smooked ricotta cheese with melted butter. Another tipical dish is surely casunziei, home made pasta with vegetables or spontanous herbs.
Not to miss out is a polenta plate with game, usually served with mushrrooms from the local forests.
For a sweet moment at the end of the lunch, there are our cakes such as apple strudel or some delicious cakes with raspberry jam.
A real treat are also our flavoured grappas made with spontaneous herbs and fruits: the most famous are with fruits of the forest and cumin.
