Il nostro rinnovato residence con gestione familiare é situato in una posizione centrale, soleggiata e tranquilla sul versante sud del paese. Nelle sue immediate vicinanze si trovano lo stadio del ghiaccio e lo skilift NIVES. Gli impianti di risalita ed il centro del paese sono raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di camere confortevoli con balcone verso sud, ciascuna con proprio bagno e una cucina abitabile nonché di TV satellitare, telefono, accesso internet e cassetta di sicurezza. Inoltre a disposizione dei clienti ci sono una sala accogliente con TV-satellitare e nel deposito sci uno scaldascarponi. Il residence dispone di un giardino e di un parcheggio privato. Si effettua il servizio appartamento con o senza prima colazione nonché quello di camera con prima colazione (B&B).
