Did you have a skipass in 2019/20?

Perks for the 2023/24 winter season

We’d like to thank our loyal guests and the keen skiers who were unable to use up their skipasses in the 2019/20 season.

That’s why we’ve decided to extend the full array of perks also into the 2023/24 winter season for all people who couldn’t or preferred not to take them up previously.

Season passes

Holders of a valley or Dolomiti Superski season pass 2019/2020 (adults, juniors, seniors and superseniors), will obtain alternatively and at their choice:
a) a 10% reduction on the purchase price of the 2023/24 Dolomiti Superski or valley season pass. The reduction is also valid for juniors who change to adults and for adults/seniors who change to superseniors;
or
b) a 10% reduction on the purchase price of a Dolomiti Superdays skipass (8 days at choice during the season) for the winter season 2023/24. The validity of the ski days so available will be limited to the issuing winter season;
or
c) a free of charge season pass of the same type as purchased in 2019/20, which will be valid from 10/03/2024 until the end of the winter season 2023/2024.
Skipasses that had already benefited from a promotion of any kind in the winter season 2019/20 (e.g. season passes for children under the age of 8 issued simultaneously with a parent skipass) are excluded.

Superski Family

Holders of a Superski Family ticket who could not use the entire number of purchased days in winter season 2019/20, will be able to use these days in winter season 2023/24, by purchasing a Superski Family ticket for the season 2023/24. These bonus days will be considered as additional days and will not count for the calculation of the minimum days required for the purchase of a Superski Family ticket for the season 2023/24.
All family groups holding a 2019/20 Superski Family ticket will have access to the bonus, even if the composition of the family group has changed. The validity of the ski days will be limited to the season in which the skipass will be issued.

To benefit from this rebalancing measure, the My Dolomiti Cards of all family members and the usually required documentation must be presented at the central sales offices.

If the family composition has changed, the unused days will be given to the first member of the 2019/20 family composition, who will be at the ticket sales office purchasing the ticket for season 2023/24. The ski days may not be spread over two or more family compositions.

8 days at choice in the season pass

Holders of a "8 days at choice in the season” pass will be able to use the unused ski days of season 2019/20 in the winter season 2023/24, by purchasing a new "Dolomiti Superdays” pass of 8 days in the season 2023/24. These bonus days will be considered as additional days and their validity will be limited to the season in which the skipass will be issued.

Value cards

Value cards with remaining units, purchased during the winter season 2019/20, can be used during the winter season 2023/24, upon replacement of the card at one of the points of sale.

Valley season passes with 4 days Dolomiti Superski

Holders of a 2019/20 valley season pass with 4 days Dolomiti Superski, will be able to use the remaining unused Dolomiti Superski days during the winter season 2023/24, by purchasing a new valley season pass with 4 Dolomiti Superski days. Those additional days will be considered as nonrefundable bonus ski days. The validity of the ski days will be limited to the season in which the skipass will be issued.

The above-mentioned reductions can only be used once and cannot be combined with other promotions and/or discounted rates obtained during the winter season 2019/20 or in the following ones or planned for the 2023/24 winter season, with the only exception of pre-sale purchases.

The usual reductions for children, juniors, seniors, and superseniors are confirmed also for the winter season 2023/24.

Excluded from the application of the above-mentioned rebalancing measures are those 2019-20 pass holders who in that winter season have already been reimbursed (e.g. due to accident) or who have already obtained during the previous seasons one of the above mentioned rebalancing measures, holders of blocked and/or withdrawn ski tickets, or those who, through an invitation to an assisted negotiation or mediation procedure or through the initiation of legal proceedings, have expressed their willingness not to accept the proposed rebalancing measures of Dolomiti Superski or the Valley Consortia.

The above benefits are proposed for the sole and exclusive purpose of demonstrating gratitude and to meet the needs of our clients, notwithstanding that any form of reimbursement, even in cases of closure by order of the authorities, is contractually excluded. The above mentioned proposals, therefore, do not imply the recognition of any claim nor do they imply any waiver of defensive arguments, the invocation of contractual clauses or the proposition of exceptions, even of prescription or forfeiture, in the event of non-acceptance.

To benefit from the above-mentioned rebalancing measures, it will be necessary in general terms to show your personal identity document, the 2019/2020 ski ticket or the relative receipt at the ticket sales offices.

The privacy policy changes resulting from the adoption of the above-mentioned rebalancing measures are available here.

Same or similar rebalancing measures have been adopted also by the Valley Consortia for their ski tickets. For further information, please directly contact the single Valley Consortia.
