Veneto’s biggest ski resort

Family-friendly and perfect for beginners: the majority of the 80 kilometres of pistes in the ski resort of Civetta attract novices to the Dolomites too. Experienced skiers are also catered for well in Belluno, with a few black ski runs, culminating in the “Foppe” World Cup downhill ski run - perfect for anyone who wants to raise the bar a little higher!

Like a well shaped snow park? So do we! Welcome to paradise - in fact to two wonderful, action-packed parks. The Alleghe Central Park and Snowpark Zoldo Alleghe offer everything that snowboarders and free riders could want.

Family holidays in Belluno are always a good idea

Families with children feel at home in Belluno, especially in the Veneto’s biggest ski resort because of the many blue and red slopes that are easy for even beginners to manage, as are both snow parks, including a Mini Central park. Everyone will have fun in Civetta, whether young or old, novice skier or professional.

What about the little ones? They receive age-appropriate care in the resort of Civetta’s kindergartens. Hot tip: “Happy Park”, a playground and kindergarten in the snow that is extremely popular with the youngest generation.

Civetta’s many options for all sports enthusiasts

Of course much in the holiday resort happens on Civetta’s slopes, but not everything. This Italian mountain offers alternative sports in addition to ski runs, but they all have a common theme of physical exercise and mental stimulation in the fresh air. Pleasant winter hikes, extended snow shoe tours, or a day on the cross-country skiing trail are just the ticket.

Other highlights: The hearts of ice hockey fans will beat a little faster at the prospect of a visit to the modern ice rink in Alleghe. Dedicated free riders can cheer on their idols at the various freestyle events in the resort of Civetta.

Off we go to the ski resort of Civetta - the way to happiness on the slopes

The Veneto’s biggest ski resort, Civetta, is less than one hundred kilometres from Venice. If you are travelling from this direction, take the A27 Mestre to Belluno motorway, and Strada Regionale 203 Agordina. If you’re coming from Germany and Austria, the Brennero motorway takes you to Bressanone, and from there your journey continues to Brunico and Val Badia. Main road 48 or the Valparola Pass will bring you to your destination.
Plane or train? Of course you can also reach holiday happiness by other methods. Venice and Treviso airports are 100 and 120 kilometres away respectively. There are also bus transfers available from Verona airport and the railway stations in Venice and Bergamo.
