With SmartPass, your smartphone becomes your ski pass: practical, instant, and always with you. A step forward that blends innovation and simplicity, turning the Dolomiti Superski experience into something even smoother, more modern, and carefree.

Guide to Using the SmartPass

1. Download the MyDolomiti APP (iOS or Android)
This app is required in order to add and activate your skipass.

2. Add your ski pass
Scan the QR code or click on the link provided in your purchase confirmation to load the skipass into the app.

Please note: If you made your purchase while logged in, the ski pass will automatically appear in the “My purchases” section.

3. Activate the ski pass

Ensure your device is connected to the network, then proceed with activating your ski pass in the app.

4. Use your ski pass

Turn on Bluetooth and always place your smartphone on the left side of your jacket to ensure optimal recognition by the ski lifts.
 

Please ensure that your phone is sufficiently charged, that the Bluetooth is turned on and that the app remains open while you are on the slopes. If you encounter any difficulties or technical issues, please contact one of our points of sale, where our staff will be happy to assist you.

A new step towards digital skiing: Smart Pass arrives

Technology continues to play a key role in the development of Dolomiti Superski, and the 2025/26 winter season marks an important step forward: the SmartPass for valley day ski passes, already tested last winter in San Martino di Castrozza / Passo Rolle, will now also be available in Alta Badia, Alpe Lusia / San Pellegrino  and Val di Fassa / Carezza.
With SmartPass, accessing the lifts becomes simple and immediate. Those who purchase a day ski pass online for the participating ski regions can activate the Smart Pass feature, eliminating the need to print or collect a physical ticket.

Through the MyDolomiti app, simply scan the QR code received at the time of purchase and link it to your smartphone. Thanks to Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology, the turnstiles automatically recognize your ski pass. You can keep your smartphone comfortably in your pocket, preferably on the left side.

System Requirements for Using the SmartPass

To ensure the proper functioning of the Dolomiti Superski SmartPass, your device must be compatible with the following operating systems:

Minimum Supported Operating Systems

  • Android 8.0 or later
  • iOS 16.0 or later

Huawei Devices

Due to technical limitations, the following operating systems are not supported:

  • HarmonyOS
  • Harmony NEXT OS

Please make sure to verify your device’s compatibility before purchasing or activating the SmartPass to ensure the best user experience.

A project looking to the future

The pilot project will be monitored and evaluated at the end of the season, with the goal of optimizing the service and, in the future, extending its use to the entire Dolomiti Superski area, offering all skiers an even smarter, simpler, and more modern experience.
