Description

Children's walk at Ciampac

From Alba di Canazei, take the gondola lift up to Ciampac, where a path surrounded by nature awaits you. As you exit, turn right and head to the playground, where you will find the Info Point lodge. Here you can pick up the guidebook, your adventure companion along the way. Making your way uphill, you will arrive at the departure station of the Roseal-Giumela chairlift, which will take you comfortably to Sela Brunéch, a panoramic viewpoint at 2,428 metres with an exceptional view of the Fassa Dolomites. Take the Ciampy path on the right, which rises slightly through the pastures. Following the signs, with a walk consisting of continuous ascents and descents on the volcanic ridge of the Crepa Neigra, which separates the Ciampac basin, on the right, from the Val de Grepa, which opens down on the left. Once you reach the Pian de Sele pass, the path begins to descend gently along the slope, leading you to the starting point.

After the hike, it's time to recharge your batteries: four mountain huts await you for a delicious Ladin lunch or a well-deserved snack.
