The house is placed in the Cembra Valley. It’s located at an altitude of about 900 meters, surrounded by wonderful woods and close to the Segonzano’s Pyramids.
It has been recently built without architectural barriers, organized on two floors, provided with elevator and bathrooms for handicapped people both on the ground and on the first floor.
On the first floor (bedrooms area) there are 55 beds accommodation divided in 12 bedrooms as follows: 6 bedrooms with five beds, 5 bedrooms with four beds and 10 common bathrooms.On the ground floor you can find: a professional kitchen, a dining room, and 3 classrooms used for workshops and educational activities.
Electricity, hot water and gas (both for heating and cooking) expenses are all included. Detergents, washing up liquid, toilette papers and food should be provided by the kind guests.
Garbage and waste management should be organized according to the recycling law of the Province of Trento and to our “House rules”.
