Description

Built in late 2019, the house is located in Sen Jan di Fassa, in the Meida district, in the town center near the church of San Nicolò. An innovative architectural design by architect Pietro Zulian resulted in three apartments with high-quality finishes in dolomite stone, larch wood, and custom-designed furnishings. Underfloor heating, hot water from a photovoltaic system, and Wi-Fi are included. The house is located in a residential area and enjoys a quiet, sunny, and panoramic position, an excellent starting point for excursions and visits to the surrounding area.

Just a 5-minute walk away, you can reach the Buffaure ski lifts (start of the Sella Ronda), the cross-country ski trail, and the circular trail.
