Immersed in the deepest green, this structure was designed by Dr. Arch. Nadia Moroder and completed in 2022. This holiday home nestles perfectly in the surrounding nature and boasts modern and unique lines, designed to amplify the well-being of those who live there. Greva does not only mean living in a property that is more unique than rare, but it means enjoying a little piece of paradise, located in the heart of Val Gardena, where the forest can be touched and the flow of fresh mountain water in the adjacent stream acts as a background to the everyday life of the Dolomites. You can enjoy the immaculate communal garden in front of the house, breathing in the pure mountain air. In summer, the first mountain trails start right in front of the house. The centre of St. Christina (where there are shops, bars, restaurants and various services) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The same goes for the Monte Pana chairlift. Furthermore, a few hundred meters from the house you will find the famous Val Gardena Alpaca breeding farm, to the delight of young and old alike. The nearest bus stop, to discover the whole of Val Gardena, using the free tickets provided at check-in, is located in the centre of Santa Cristina. In winter, Casa Greva is just a few minutes' drive from the Dolomiti Superski lifts in Santa Cristina. Pets are NOT allowed. The house has everything you need for a perfect holiday in the Dolomites, such as an outdoor parking space per apartment with the possibility of an additional parking space by reservation and at an additional cost in the garage (subject to availability), lift, ski room with boot warmer, a communal washing machine and free linen and towels.
