Elegant chalet built in 2023, equipped with a sauna and panoramic garden, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.This chalet features a high-quality interior and an attractive exterior design.The property is arranged on two floors, connected by a staircase.The entrance is on the first floor, where there is a bright living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and Finnish sauna, and a south-facing balcony with a view of the Val Gardena Dolomites.On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other a staggered bunk bed. There is also the master bathroom, equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
