Holidays with us at the alpine lifestyle hotel Goldknopf are holidays in pole position - in the middle of the action - our Hotel is directly located on the hiking trails, bike trails, ski slopes and cross-country ski runs of the Alpe di Siusi. Like an idyllic mountain lake, our natural swimming pond is right next to the hotel. The sky above, the refreshing water below, around you, the fascinating landscape of the Alpe di Siusi alpine pasture, all that sweeten the immersion in our natural swimming pond in summer. All year long you can enjoy our light-flooded infinity indoor pool with salt water and view of the magnificent Dolomites. Make yourself comfortable, close your eyes, let go of all your thoughts and enjoy the positive affect of our chalet panorama sauna. Inside the warm atmosphere and the cozy ambience of our rooms & suites on Alpe di Siusi - outside the enchanting alpine landscape and the impressive Dolomite mountains. Decorated in a traditional mountain style with wooden furnishings all our rooms offer views of the mountains and are complete with a seating area, private bathroom and free WIFI. Rich breakfast with homemade and regional products: homemade bread and rolls from the village baker, homemade cakes, homemade jams, sausages from hunter and butchers of the area, South-Tyrolean cheese... For dinner we serve you centuries-old, rustic South-Tyrolean dishes, modernly reinterpreted and refined with Mediterranean sophistication and the delicate flavour of mountain herbs.
