Architects Martin Gruber’s Vision By converting the former Hotel Aurora, architect Martin Gruber has created a designer retreat with 7 Luxury Suites in the Italian Alps that offer more time and space for guests to enjoy hospitality than the former 50-bed house could ever do. More intimate, simpler, more peaceful. Once mountains, always mountains: Your host Andreas Plattner has played up here on the Plose since he was a child. He boldly redesigned the family hotel and welcomes guests to his new home like dear friends. His greatest passion: To conjure up South Tyrolean specialities and Mediterranean delicacies in the kitchen.
