We love the natural charm of the Dolomites and the traditions of Val Badia, we share a passion for gastronomy and we love to excel in the magic we call hospitality. For generations, the Irsara family has cultivated an irrepressible passion for gastronomy. A priceless heritage of culture and experience, of recipes and culinary secrets, which the new generation continues to cultivate without ever forgetting its roots and the lessons it has received. For us, the origin of the raw materials is of paramount importance. The milk of the cows that graze on the mountain pastures, the fruits and mushrooms of our forests, the meat of the animals that live in our mountains, the cheeses and cured meats prepared with great skill by the farmers are the basis of the success of our dishes.
