The apartment is located at Passo San Pellegrino, directly on a blue slope of the San Pellegrino / Alpe Lusia ski area, thus connected to the Costbella ski lift. It is 10 km from Moena, easy to reach, and is on the third floor of a residence.
The apartment faces the mountains: during winter, the view is of the snow-covered mountain. As the owner, I am always available by phone or WhatsApp in case you have any questions or problems.

The rental of the apartment grants access to the APT Trentino Guest Card, which offers discounts for ski buses and attractions in the area.

The floors, fixtures, systems, kitchen, and bathroom were completely renovated in July 2023.
All appliances are new: microwave, large refrigerator, large freezer, induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, milk frother, smart TV 32", washing machine. It is served by a wide elevator with access from the garage (five steps). It has a parking space in the garage and a cellar.

The apartment is ideal for a maximum of two adults and one child, and smoking is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED (not even on the balcony).

️ From Moena, the road that leads to Paso San Pellegrino is easy to drive, as it is a state road. The curves are gentle and the road is wide. The residence is located right on Strada Statale 346. My Casina Alpina is located in the RIGHT wing of the residence.
