Our apartment house has been completely rennovated in autumn 2017 The house is located in a quiet zone of San Candido at the foot of Mount Baranci – only a 4 minutes walk away of the city centre and 100 metres from the ski slopes and cross-country ski runs. We offer apartments from 2 up to 5 persons. All the accomodations are completely furnished and dispose separated bedrooms and sitting-rooms. They are all provided with a well-equipped kitchen, television, safe and a southwarded balcony – great view to the Mount Baranci included. All our guests are welcome to share the gorgeous garden, the private car parking. Apartment 1 is located on the raised ground floor and has a spacious kitchen/living room with a south-east facing balcony, from where you can enjoy the morning sun.
A sofa and a cosy corner bench invite you to spend relaxing evenings. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen unit, with a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and a flatscreen TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath, which can also be used as a shower, a washbasin, toilet and a bidet.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 big double bedroom in Tyrolean style, that is also suitable as a family room for 2 adults and 1 child. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, which can also be changed into 2 single beds.
