Auronzo di Cadore

The popular holiday resort in the Belluno Dolomites is on the left bank of Santa Caterina lake in the north of Veneto, not far from Cortina d’Ampezzo, Comelico and the Hochpustertal valley. Every sort of mountain sport you can imagine is available in Auronzo in the summer. San Vito di Cadore

This town lies just 11 km from Cortina, located at 1,000 metres above sea level. At the foot of the surrounding Dolomites peaks of the Antelao, the Sorapiss group and the Pelmo, San Vito is a great starting point both for experienced mountaineers and for anyone who prefers hiking around the mountains at a leisurely pace.

Misurina

The highest-altitude holiday resort in Auronzo, at a height of over 1,700 metres right at the foot of the Three Peaks, next to Lake Misurina. Here, the mountain air creates an amazing microclimate. It’s surrounded by some of the most well-known Dolomites peaks: Cadini di Misurina, Sorapiss and Cristallo. On the high Alp of Monte Piana lies an open-air museum displaying objects from the First World War battles that took place in the area.
