The natural geological path certainly is one of the most interesting geological excursions in the Dolomites. 10 panels along the path inform about the different rock formations.
From the Razzes Baths take footpath No.1, cross over the Rio Freddo and follow the course of the river, walking uphill through the woody "Gorge of the Sciliar". Soon after you turn left and follow the marking no. 1A, and cross the river again over the bridge called the Ponte Alto. The narrow and steep geological path leads to the Prossliner Hut (1740 m). The view of the rocky walls of the Sciliar Massif are extremely impressive. After a meal in the hut you can take the path no. 10 to go back to Compaccio and take the Alpe di Siusi Cable Car to Siusi.
