The “Alta via delle Creste” route links, one after the other, the Crepe Rosse (2223), the Sass de Roi (2372), the Cime di Agnereze (2352) and the highest point of the Migogn (2384) into one spectacular hike. As the route runs through vast espanse of grassland, featuring a bizarre sequence of ridges and saddles, you can admire here and there the remains of old objects and buildings dating back to the First World War, tempered and smoothed by the relentless passing of the years, yet still able to launch a potet warning. From the peak, beneath the wise, enigmatic eye of the Civetta on the horizon, the route begins its descent towards Ronch di Laste or Rocca Pietore, where it is best to have left a car waiting for you upon your return.
