The Apartments are located right next to the centre of Ortisei, the panoramic and sunny position , combined with proximity to the centre ( approx. 300 metres on foot ) , makes it a strategic location for all kinds of activities and holidays. The first supermarket, shops and restaurants are just approx. 300 metres from the house on foot , and the next skibus stop is 30 metres away. In winter the Seceda ski lift can also be easily reached on foot, as "la Curta " escalator, which takes you to the bottom station of the cable car , is approx 300 metres from the house . There you will find the skipass and ski rental shops and the famous ski school Ortisei . From Seceda you can access the entire Dolomiti Superski area and also reach the legendary Sellaronda. The Family Apartment for 04 pax has two bedrooms, a full equiped kitchen/living room with veranda(loggia), flat sat-tv and 1 bathroom and with parking space in front of the house . The superior open space apartment has one bedroom, one big and beautiful living room with TV, 1 kitchen and 01 bathroom with shower, bidet, WC and 1 reserved garage parking space ( walking distance app. 300 metres ) Our clients can also use our garden with sunbeds in summer time and a deposit for sporting equipment (bycicle,ski...etc.) with shoe dryer. Our house is situated on the most preferred walking way of Ortisei and 3 walking minutes from the center, were you can find a lot of shops,bars, restaurants, farmacy, skischool etc. The cable car to Seceda (starting point to Sella Ronda) and Alpe di Siusi you reach in 5-7 minutes walk.
