How to reach the holiday region Kronplatz
The Kronplatz Holiday Region are situated in Pustertal Valley/South Tyrol, on the sunny south side of the Alpine range, easy to reach because of their central location in the heart of Europe and their vicinity to the main European routes. On these pages we have brought together all transport information available, enabling you to organise your trip to the Kronplatz Holiday Region.

Coming from Brennero motorway:
Exit the Brenner motorway (A22) at Bressanone/Val Pusteria-Brixen/Pustertal and proceed on the state road SS49-E66 to the Pustertal Valley (distance from Brunico-Bruneck (30 km/19 mi.) from Valdaora-Olang (42km/26mi.) and San Vigilio-St. Vigil (43km/27mi.)).
Coming from Lienz (A):
From Lienz in Osttirol (East Tyrol - Austria): pass the austrian-italian border between Ahrnbach and Prato alla Drava-Winnebach (B100-E66) and proceed on the state road SS49-E66 to Brunico-Bruneck.
There are international train connections to Fortezza-Franzensfeste, where a change is necessary.
From Fortezza, local trains run to the Pustertal Valley.

All towns and villages in the Kronplatz Holiday Region are accessible by bus from the central bus station in Brunico-Bruneck. In Brunico can also be used the Citybus service which enables a regular travel between Brunico and the surrounding locations.
South Tyrol’s only airport is located in the southern outskirts of Bolzano-Bozen.
Beyond South Tyrol the nearest international airports are in Innsbruck (Austria) and Munich (Germany) in the north and Venice, Treviso, Verona and Bergamo in the south.
