The landscape of the present and the past
Records bring evidence of several human settlements that used to inhabit our mountains back in year 1000. Nevertheless the newly found remains of a hunter in “Mondevàl”, in a place known as “Lastoni di Formin” above the Val Fiorentina, date back to 10.000 years ago. This means that ten thousand years ago the human beings were already living here!
